Mod Question - Guild Wars Forums

Hey, if u have a wand that has 20/20 and an artifact that has 20/20 for the same things like recharge/cast time.... do they stack and if so, how do they? will it be 40/40 or less than that? also is there a collectors air wand that gives +5 energy while >50 or enchant with a second mod? thx in advance! need a quick reply if possible!~

Uhhh...it will be 36% half cast/recharge and 4% quarter cast/recharge. And I'm not too sure about the collector things...but there are greens like that.

yes in factions there is a 5^50 10% wand

Not quite - 32% chance of half, 4% of quarter. (36% chance of either one.)

Yes they do stack.. my nec has 20% fast cast on death magic wand and 20% fast cast on the off hand, everynow and then i raise a minion in less than half second
